This notice explains how Taverham Dental uses personal information in connection with our private dental services, this website and website enquiry forms. It applies to information collected online and when you contact the practice using the details below.

Who controls your information?

The data controller is Taverham Dental Health Clinic Limited (company number 07906464), trading as Taverham Dental.

Our current services

We operate as a private dental practice and do not currently provide NHS dental care. We use personal information to provide and administer appointments, respond to enquiries, deliver treatment, manage payments and finance enquiries, and provide appropriate aftercare.

Information we collect

• Contact details and the information you include in an enquiry form.
• Appointment and treatment information needed to respond to you or provide care.
• Website and device information used for security, performance, analytics and advertising where you have given the relevant consent.
• Your cookie choices and the date those choices were recorded.

Website enquiry forms

Information submitted through our website forms may include your name, email address, telephone number, enquiry type, treatment interests and message. Form submissions are sent to the practice for handling and may be routed through Resend for email delivery and DenGro for enquiry management. We do not use form information for unrelated marketing without an appropriate lawful basis and consent where required.

Service providers and data processors

Depending on the service you use, we may share relevant information with the providers below so they can provide services on our behalf or at your request:

• Resend: delivery of practice email notifications.
• DenGro: enquiry and lead handling for selected website enquiries.
• PatientComms: our external online appointment-booking service when you choose to book online.
• Google: map display, consent-mode measurement, advertising and related website services, subject to the relevant cookie choices.
• Vercel Analytics: website performance and usage insights.
• EnquiryBot: the optional website chat or enquiry service loaded on the site.
• Tabeo: external finance information and applications when you choose to use that service.

We select providers appropriate to the service involved and require them to handle information in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements. Some providers may process information outside the UK; where that happens, appropriate transfer safeguards are used.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The site uses a consent manager to store your cookie preferences. Strictly necessary cookies support the website and remember those choices. Analytics and marketing technologies, including Google services, are configured with consent mode and are enabled only in line with the choices you make in the cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time through the cookie preferences control or by contacting us.

SiteBehaviour tracking is not currently enabled on this website. If it is proposed in future, it will be assessed as a separate analytics service, added to the cookie information and enabled only where the required consent has been obtained.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, to provide care, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve queries and protect our legitimate interests. Retention periods may differ between clinical records, enquiries, booking records and cookie-consent records.
